This activity in gorillas reveals that plant-based individuals can secure the adequate protein and nutrients they need to fully thrive. Although you could maintain the diet of a gorilla, you likely could not handle eating as much as they do on a daily basis. Gorillas consume almost ten times as much as humans do daily.
3. Daily Routines
Most of us wish that we could function as a gorilla while gaining intense muscular strength. Surprisingly, the daily routine of gorillas consists of eating and sleeping, on repeat.
After breakfast, gorillas look around for breakfast before taking a nap. After napping through the midday, gorillas search for food again. After eating their afternoon meal, gorillas fall asleep again. By resting and eating, gorillas somehow manage to keep their incredible strength.
Gorillas are massive animals. Although gorillas may only be four pounds when they are born, most get up to 400 pounds! Gorillas can vary in height from 4.5 feet to 5.9 feet tall. Although gorillas can come in different sizes, they are notoriously very large.
Unfortunately, we cannot experience “gorilla gains” by simply mocking the behaviors of gorillas. Gorillas have a complex physical structure that allows their body to retain muscle even though they are generally lazy throughout the day.
