What We Offer

Gymnastics Classes

Gym Ventures classes are designed to teach fundamental gymnastics on the Olympic apparatus: bars, beam, vault, pommel, rings, floor and trampoline. We use many different skill-building pieces of equipment including but not limited to: wedge and panel mats, barrels, octagons and trapezoids. Our weekly themes and lesson plans are designed to teach new and challenging skills while reinforcing skills taught from previous classes.

Specialty Classes

Not only do we offer our regular gymnastics classes, we have combo classes offering half gymnastics and half dance, boys athletic challenge classes, cheerleading, and jazz team.

Parties

Let Gym Ventures help you plan a special and exciting party for your child's next birthday to enjoy with friends and family. Their party will include lots of parachute, obstacle courses, and plenty of time on the gymnastics equipment.

Mobile Gymnasium

The Gym Ventures "Gym Bus" has been converted into a safe and fun gymnastics center designed specifically for students 2 - 7 years. The bus is padded and has uneven bars, beam, vault, ropes, trampoline, ladders, rock climbing wall, and more!

Fitz4Kidz

Introducing our new and groundbreaking program to help create healthier, happier children and families through exercise, nutrition, and self-esteem.

Camps

"Camp Gym Ventures" will help build strong bodies and minds as well as high self-esteem by participating in a variety of gymnastics coordinated by a daily theme, daily snack, as well as games and prizes for all. Your child will experience the thrill of victory through our fun, non-competitive curriculum.

Sleep Overs

Celebrate birthdays, scout troop events or youth groups with this one of a kind experience.

Parents' Night Out

Gym Ventures offers an evening out once a month for parents to go on a date and have some time without the kids while they enjoy gymnastics, arts and crafts, and lots of fun games.

Adult Programs & Miscellaneous Classes

Brand new classes to Gym Ventures are our slim down challenge class, women's fitness classes, baby-sitting classes and much more.

Gym-N-Learn

An alternative to preschool. This program is geared toward children ages 3 to 5 years. The program is designed to offer these young children the best worlds of both preschool and gymnastics. Gym-N-Learn is 3 hours of education, exercise and fun!

GV Rewards Program
Every student that consecutively finishes each session will receive an award on the last day of their session.  Session 1: GV Pencil, Session 2: GV Ribbon, Session 3: GV Wrist Band,   Session 4: GV Pin, Session 5: GV Medal, Session 6: GV Trophy.  All participants will receive a Gym Ventures Certificate for each Session completed.

Gym Bus Program
Gym Ventures has a bus that caters to 2 to 6 year olds.  We have a trampoline, bars, balance beam, rock wall and so much more built right on the bus.  Gym Ventures takes this bus to schools for classes or to homes for parties. A great way to keep kids entertained at any event!

Recreation Center Programs
Gym Ventures also takes programs out to surrounding Rec-Centers here in San Diego. Ask the front office for a place near you.
