Anna Spalding is a performer, choreographer, teacher, and yogi. Her work has been presented at Lobero Theatre (Santa Barbara), Center Stage (Santa Barbara), Santa Barbara Court House, and UC San Diego. Originally from Nebraska, Anna has trained in all genres, specializing in contemporary and hip-hop. She has trained with Karen McWilliams, University of Missouri Kansas City, Santa Barbara Dance Academy, Unity San Diego, and UC of San Diego. Anna has worked with Fusion Dance Company (CA), Trolley Dances with Monica Bill Barnes (CA), Margaret Marshall, and is now with Kriya Dance Collective in San Diego. Anna’s love of dance, art, and yoga inspires her to continually explore, create, and pursue her passion for bodies in motion.
Rachel Wadsworth has a degree in Theater with emphasis in Dance from the University of New Hampshire. She's trained with some of the greatest dancers/choreographers like Mia Micheals from "So You Think You Can Dance" and Shae Sullivan from Broadway Dance Center in NYC. Rachel also had the opportunity to work along side with tap greats Brenda Buffalino and Dean Diggins in the show "Clara's Dream" where she starred as the lead. One of her greatest accomplishments is competing for Miss America in 2002 and having the ability to showcase her talents in front of thousands of people. As much as she likes to perform, teaching is Rachel's passion. For the last ten years, Rachel has taught ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and gymnastics for various studios throughout the United States. When she is not in the classroom teaching or taking classes, you can find Rachel working out, playing with her dog Buster, and eating ice cream!
