Come get your buns moving with this high energy class that takes you through cardio, weight training, kick boxing, core strength exercises and more. You will leave this class feeling pumped up and ready to take on the world or at least your family!

Adult Gymnastics (18 yrs and up) 85 min
Come do the tricks you did as a kid in GV’s well padded facility. Flip out on our tumble track where it is better for your joints or learn how to cartwheel for the first time. No matter what your skill level all are welcome at GV’s adult class. Make new friends and stay in shape all at the same time.
